My peppers are still going strong. Hmmmm...I thought it was October. 
I guess I am going to have to do another canning session.

Beautiful! Do you just can them whole? And then what do you do with them?

Actually, I can slice them before I can them. We eat them on pizza mostly! They are delicious. :)
