Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice with Dumplings

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Large can Cream of Chicken
1 Small can (14 ozs.) Chicken Broth
1 Small Onion, diced
2 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Can or approx. 6 Homemade Biscuits

~ Place chicken in slow cooker
~ Cover with Cream of Chicken, Broth and Onion.
~ Cook on low for 7-8 hours
~ Shred chicken with fork
~ Mix in cooked rice
~ Cut biscuits into bite size and place on top of chicken mixture.
~ Cover and cook on High for 30 minutes
~ Stir it all together

Who doesn't love some stick-to-your-ribs comfort food, right!?

Dance season starts in two weeks, and I'll have to institute my "crock pot" night once again. I'll definitely be trying this recipe!
